What is the Management ?

- we cash the rents, charges and taxes,

- we propose you an insurance for unpaid rents,

- we pay for you the charges, taxes and invoices...

- in the event of works or water damage, we propose you to choose a company (after estimate) and control the work,

- every quarter, we send you a management report and every month the income of the rents. We also establish a help with the declaration of your income.

Our fees are deductible from your rental income.
